Walking through the streets of New York, you see people wearing outfits which make you either say “wow”, or raise an eyebrow! Just how you can get to know a city by walking around and taking it in – its similar when it comes to trying to unravel it’s fashion sense. New York is a melting pot of cultures coming from all corners of the world, and with that comes the diversity and appreciation in style. I am a huge believer in individualism and expressing yourself – so what better place to showcase my style?
I was fortunate enough to link up with a number of brands for this shoot. From sneakers brand, PF Flyers with its clean cut high-tops, to newly founded watch brand, Christian Paul with its unique marble effect watches for men and women. The other brand I worked with was Korbata – which have a fascinating story of Guatemala’s rich weaving history and providing work for those in rural areas of Guatemala. Their ties and pocket squares have such an amazing vibrancy about them that its hard to ignore. You can check out the websites of all these brands below!
Since moving to New York, Singh Gentry has grown by the day and it is truly inspiring to hear your comments and kind words! My style continues to evolve as the summer kicks into full flow and a stylish street smart look goes a long way in the big city. What sort of outfit ideas have you had for this summer? Comment below and feel free to share this post with your friends and family.
