3pm in New York

3pm in New York and the sun is out. The dynamic of this city changes so dramatically as the weather improves – there is a real “feel good” feeling about the place. People have been asking me what I have been up to since being in New York. Funnily enough I’ve barely done much touristy things. I’ve been to comedy clubs, jazz bars, the High Line, Bryant Park, Rooftop bars, Times Square, enjoying brunch, and I even went to watch “soccer” at the Yankee Stadium.

This picture is all about the climb, about being limitless and directing all your energy into pursuing and succeeding in what you love to do. It’s about “taking off” as so many people have said to me about Singh Gentry. All in all, it shows two elements of my life: Fashion and working in the Finance world.

Bringing Sikh Mens Fashion to New York has well and truly begun and you can follow my journey over the year on the website, twitter, instagram and Facebook. You can also find me on SnapChat: Gurj31.

I wish everyone a Happy Vaisakhi, and may your day be filled with peace and joy.
